Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the design, fabrication, and engineering work provided by FIJI remain the property of FIJI unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes any proprietary data, business operations, and technical details.

Liability: FIJI will make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and safety of its services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law.

Compliance with Laws: All services provided by FIJI will comply with the applicable laws and regulations in Nigeria and any other relevant jurisdictions.

Termination: Either party may terminate the contract if the other party breaches any terms or fails to fulfill obligations. A written notice must be provided, and termination will follow the stipulated procedures in the contract.

Force Majeure: FIJI is not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or government regulations.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is taken. Both parties agree to engage in good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

Amendments: FIJI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
